CentraCare partnered with Humata Health to deploy an enterprise-wide prior authorization solution. The initial phase prioritized high-volume imaging and cardiology service lines to drive rapid initial value, while phases 2 and 3 scaled automation across additional medical, surgical, and therapy specialties to expand coverage.
